Announcing: The Pragmatic Adventure

The time has come, I have returned from the depths of a creative break with a new project! Initially I was pretty set on making another visual novel, but decided this particular game could benefit from a new  genre, so here we are.

The pixel art you're seeing is by the fantastic  FrenchPixel. We're super early development here my friends, so these pixels are apt to change - so don't get too attached to them just yet.

So what is  "The Pragmatic Adventure"  ?   20 something cat Keegan is given some time off for her  9-5 office job, and finds herself helping a master's student  with her thesis. So that means instead of working, she's spending all day in the library, searching for books and encountering puzzles. Is this actually more fun than being at work? That's  debatable, but at least there's some interesting conversation....and coffee. 

The game-play  is  play and click adventure within RPG controls and exploration.    Like my previous project, there will be lots of dialogue, Easter egg references  I doubt anyone would get,  and  choices.
